How it Works

Our body is a complex machine that works well when all the organ systems are working in coordination with each other to make this life possible.

Like respiratory system is clear and lungs are taking oxygen and throwing out carbon dioxide, Gastrointestinal system is digesting the food properly and all the organs are fed well, urinary system is expelling the waste out so on so forth. 

The kind of food that we eat takes approx. 4 to 6 hours to digest. During the period of digestion there are many hormones and chemicals that work simultaneously in a phased manner.

Now there are a lot of chemical changes that happen during the process of digestion. The food undergoes a lot of breakage before it’s been suitable for the body to be used. The kind of food we are eating is going to make our body, our health and balance?

Like if you are feeling a lot of gas in abdomen, you may have eaten a lot of carbs which are going undigested, you are feeling a lot of burning in the chest you are eating a lot of fried and spicy food, you have constipation maybe you are eating less fibre.

 

In the long run low iron may reduce your Hb, low calcium would weaken your bones, imbalanced diet, sedentary lifestyle leading to heart attacks and so is with other nutrients also.

My present meal is going to decide how my next 4 to 6 hours are going to remain, till it is been digested. And my daily meal choices are going to decide how my health going to remain in coming days or in the coming months.

  • Like if score below 50 – It’s a RED TICK(         ) which is dangerous and you are highly prone to the diseases like CAD, Stroke, Diabetes, Liver Disease, kidney disease etc. and immediate action is required on your part.

  • If your score is in between 51 to 60 – It’s an Orange tick. You are better than red one but not far away from danger zone.
  • If your score is in between 61-70 – It gives you a yellow tick. It means you are some where in between not too good not too bad. From here you have to decide which way you want to go if you would not take care, you are going below and soon shift to orange or red zone.
  • Score between 70-80 – Gives you a violet tick Indicates you are in good state of health. Your well-planned meals and efforts may take you in a much better state of health.
  • Score between 80-90 – Gives you a blue tick. You are second from the top. Push a little more you can be in a perfect state of health.
  • Score above 90 – Gives you a green tick. Congratulations you are in a perfect balance and all you need is to maintain this state of affair to enjoy this life to its full.

We don’t keep you hungry at any moment of time, as is generally perceived, we will plan all 3 meals with at least 2 snacks break, also for you. But even after eating so much your weight would go down, your cholesterol will start coming down, your sugar values will be balanced out, and your probabilities of heart attack would be reduced.
