Then comes the micronutrients (Vitamins and Minerals), as the word suggests these are the ingredients which we require in a very small quantity. But they are as important as macronutrients, since they are the integral part of digestion, respiration, many enzymes and physiological processes which are vital for survival.

Most of the micronutrients we get, comes from the fruits, vegetables and the roughage that we eat. Balancing them in the diet and making them inevitable part of our diet is important for our health.

 

Exercise

Last but not the least Exercise is as important a factor as diet as it helps in equal distribution of the nutrients in the body across various muscles, improving blood circulation in the body, increasing the oxygen supply in the body and helps in better removal of toxins. This is most important part in keeping the health in shape.

Understanding the body basics and how it works, goes a long way in keeping the diseases at bay. As we follow the principles on which our body works, all the factors making it remain in balance and we enjoy the healthy body.
